The Primo mattress replacement system helps to prevent and treat pressure ulcers in low- to high-risk adult patients by providing continuous and dynamic low pressure redistribution. The internal I-mmersion^™ sensor continuously and automatically regulates the precise level of pressure redistribution, adjusting internal cell pressures according to each patient’s size, weight, morphology and position. Twenty-four-hour pressure ulcer management can be achieved with the addition of the Reflex seat cushion, which connects to the same air supply unit and can be sealed for greater patient independence while out of bed.
